REL Strategies was founded on a simple belief: lasting change happens when evidence and empathy meet.

Since 2020, we’ve partnered with organizations across education, philanthropy, and community development to design evaluations, strengthen teams, and cultivate conscious leadership. Our work is rooted in equity and guided by a commitment to learn from both data and lived experience.

But the story of REL Strategies is also a personal one.
After years of leading complex projects and navigating burnout, I began to see that meaningful impact requires more than strategy — it requires alignment. I learned that leadership grounded in reflection and heart is not only sustainable, it’s transformative.

That awareness inspired The Spiral Approach — a framework that blends rigorous evaluation with mindful leadership practice. It invites clients to pause, ask deeper questions, and reconnect results to purpose.

Founder & Principal

Jennifer is an evaluator, facilitator, and leadership coach devoted to helping organizations and individuals align purpose with practice. Drawing on two decades of experience in research, strategy, and systems change, she bridges the analytical and the intuitive—using data to tell stories that heal, guide, and transform.

Her work invites leaders to embrace both rigor and reflection, showing that conscious leadership is not a departure from excellence—it’s the next evolution of it.
