From a Survey to a Multi-Year Impact Story

Pride Youth Services initially came to REL Strategies for help developing a survey for a newly launched school-based program. REL helped the organization first clarify what it needed to measure by developing a logic model grounded in program activities, outputs, and intended outcomes.

What began as a survey request grew into a multi-year evaluation partnership spanning multiple programs, school sites, and stakeholder groups. Today, PYS uses REL's evaluation findings to strengthen programming and communicate impact to school partners and funders.

From Evaluation Needs to Organizational Learning Infrastructure

DAWG came to REL Strategies seeking support to build an evaluation system. REL helped the organization first clarify the Theory of Change underlying its work, then connect that clarity to practical evaluation and organizational learning infrastructure.

The result was a more purposeful approach to understanding what to measure, when to measure it, why it matters, and how evidence can inform learning and decision-making. The engagement also evolved into an ongoing advisory relationship supporting organizational and leadership needs.
